Elon Musk Warning: Tesla and Twitter CEO Elon Musk has said that if there are no aliens in the universe then it is the scariest thing for humanity. This means that humans are the only ray of life in space. Musk has already shared his views on aliens.
Washington: Do aliens exist somewhere in the universe? If the answer is 'no', then the world's richest businessman Elon Musk has spoken about a frightening prospect for humanity. Musk, the Tesla and Twitter CEO, was discussing the 'Fermi Paradox' theory that gets its name from Enrico Fermi who argued that if aliens are out there, we should know about them. Fermi believed that the aliens should have made themselves known to us by now because our solar system is only 4.5 billion years old, which is young compared to parts of the Milky Way, which are 13.8 billion years old.
Now Elon Musk has shared his views on this on his social media platform. "The scariest answer to the Fermi Paradox is that there are no aliens," he said. It means we are the only small ray of life in this dark abyss. Another big name in the world of space, Professor Brian Cox of Manchester University has also agreed with Elon Musk's views.
Musk's interest in space and aliens
SpaceX owner Elon Musk has a keen interest in space and often shares his thoughts about aliens. Musk had earlier said that he does not think aliens exist in our region of the Milky Way, but that there may be some aliens in "distant parts". He said that if he saw evidence of aliens, he would be the first to tweet about it. Musk joked, "If we found aliens, SpaceX would probably get a ton more revenue."
Musk spoke on the Fermi paradox
Musk also talked about the Fermi Paradox in a podcast in August. He said, 'If the universe is really 13.8 billion years old then shouldn't there be aliens everywhere?' Many types of claims have been made about aliens so far, but so far none of the claims has been scientifically confirmed. Some people also talked about seeing aliens but they did not have any concrete evidence for their claims.
